Fix procedure for mailbox moves that appear to be successful but mailbox remains on 5.5 server.

Symptom:
After mailbox is moved from 5.5 to 2003, it still appears to be on original 5.5  from the Exchange 5.5 site view, but appears to have moved successfully when viewed from ad users and computers. 

Cause:
Mailbox on 5.5 was a member of a 5.5 dl that did not replicate to AD.

Correction procedure:

  1. Ensure ADC user CA is not running
  2. Remove DL membership on 5.5 Mailbox
  3. Exmerge 2003 mailbox to a pst
  4. Remove Exchange Attributes from AD account
  5. Remove adc-global-names attribute from 5.5 mailbox using Exchange Admin in Raw Mode
  6. Merge pst back into 5.5 mailbox
  7. Re-move mailbox after adc re-stamps it.
