How to create a mail enabled Public Folder

1. Create Public folder

2. Set permissions for "default" to contributor role, with "folder visible" right removed.

3. Set all other required permissions for access to the folder.

4. Go into Public Folder properties with the Exchange Administrator program, and modify and/or add whatever smtp addresses are needed.

Tip: Public folders can be a useful alternative to generic mailboxes, since they are tied to Exchange mailboxes, rather than NT accounts.  Exchange permissions are much more flexible than NT permission options in Exchange 5.5.
